No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business and the mystery-based selection of our gift items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Each mystery scoop is a surprise and is assembled at random. We cannot guarantee specific items, colors, or themes, and therefore we are unable to offer refunds or replacements based on personal preference or duplicate items received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24hours of delivery at kekegiftscoops@gmail.com with:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged item
A brief description of the issue
We will review your case and, if applicable, offer a suitable resolution (such as a replacement for the damaged item).
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, once a package is marked as “Delivered,” we are unable to issue refunds or replacements
